Shipping Charges
All shipping charges are based on weight and location. We ship from Utah and Oklahoma. Most products ship for between $4.95 - $14.95 UPS Ground anywhere in the Continental US. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, APO, Canada, etc. will ship US Mail and International orders are subject to additional charges. Shipping Methods (most products ship within one business day)

30-day Satisfaction Guarantee
Most of our products have a 30-day satisfaction guaranty. If you are not happy with your item you may return the item for a refund of the purchase price less shipping. You must have a RMA number to return an item. .
Return Policy
All returns must be requested within 30 days of receipt of the products. Credits are for the price paid for the product only. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Most products come with a manufacturer's warranty and may be repaired or replaced through the manufacturer. Any media (i.e. software, video tapes, DVDs, books, software licenses, etc.) are not eligible for return. You must have a RMA number to return an item. To
